- Free Standard Tracked Shipping: We offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders.
- Priority Tracked Shipping + Skip The Line (We produce your order first): $4.99

- Delivery Area: We proudly offer worldwide shipping to bring Soulbrick Custom to enthusiasts around the globe.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-6 business days, Monday to Saturday. We take 1–3 days to create your custom design and another 1–3 days to produce your Soulbrick Set.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Warsaw) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
- No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery: Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped out. Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
Shipping Process
- Courier Services: We use reliable carriers such as USPS for all shipments.
